| Roche Offers New Contract for Kytril®! |

| Oncology Associates has signed a new contract with Roche for Kytril® (granisetron hydrochloride). This members' product contract includes 1mL single dose vials and 4 mL multi dose vials of Kytril®. New additions to the contract include a significant rebate as well as an additional super tier price level. |

| OA Adds ADRUCIL® Injection and Fludarabine to SICOR Agreement ADRUCIL® Injection |

| ADRUCIL (fluorouracil injection, USP) is now offered as part of the OA/SICOR Agreement. ADRUCIL®, an antineoplastic antimetabolite, is a sterile, nonpyrogenic injectable solution for intravenous administration. Each 10 mL contains 500 mg fluorouracil; pH is adjusted to approximately 9.2 with sodium hydroxide. |

| Fludarabine Phosphate for Injection is available to OA members. Fludarabine Phosphate for Injection is offered in 50 mg/6 mL vials. Fludarabine Phosphate for Injection is indicated for the treatment of patients with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have not responded to or whose disease has progressed during treatment with at least one standard alkylating-agent containing regimen. |

| OA Signs Agreement with Eisai for Aloxi™ |

| Oncology Associates now presents the first member's contract for Aloxi™ (palonosetron hydrochloride) from Eisai, Aloxi™ is offered as an injection at a dose of 0.25 mg for the prevention of acute nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately and highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy. Aloxi™ is also indicated for the prevention of delayed nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy. |

| Oncology Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Aranesp® SingleJect® Prefilled Syringes to the Amgen contract. Single-use syringes are available in the following sizes: 60 mcg, 0.3 mL; 100 mcg, 0.5 mL; 200 mcg, 0.4 mL; and 300 mcg, 0.6 mcg. As an OA member on the Amgen contract, you automatically qualify for this new savings benefit. |

Innohep® (tinzaparin sodium for injection) is a once-daily low molecular weight heparin for the treatment of acute symptomatic deep vein thrombosis (DVT) with or without pulmonary embolism when administered in conjunction with warfarin sodium (such as Coumadin®). |

| Vinorelbine Tartrate is a semi-synthetic vinca alkaloid with anti-tumor activity. Each vial contains 10 mg (1-mL vial) or 50 mg (5-mL vial) of Vinorelbine Tartrate in water for intravenous administration. |
