| OA Adds ADRUCIL® Injection and Fludarabine to SICOR Agreement ADRUCIL® Injection |

| ADRUCIL (fluorouracil injection, USP) is now offered as part of the OA/SICOR Agreement. ADRUCIL®, an antineoplastic antimetabolite, is a sterile, nonpyrogenic injectable solution for intravenous administration. Each 10 mL contains 500 mg fluorouracil; pH is adjusted to approximately 9.2 with sodium hydroxide. |

| Fludarabine Phosphate for Injection is available to OA members. Fludarabine Phosphate for Injection is offered in 50 mg/6 mL vials. Fludarabine Phosphate for Injection is indicated for the treatment of patients with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have not responded to or whose disease has progressed during treatment with at least one standard alkylating-agent containing regimen. |

| Oncology Associates now presents the first member's contract for Aloxi™ (palonosetron hydrochloride) from Eisai, Aloxi™ is offered as an injection at a dose of 0.25 mg for the prevention of acute nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately and highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy. Aloxi™ is also indicated for the prevention of delayed nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy. |
